Version 1.0 — July 2026 · Virtual Personal Assistant Pro · voice engine with agentic capabilities
1. The Logo
The VPA Pro wordmark stacks four lines — Virtual, Personal, Assistant, Pro.com — beside a standalone glowing tick. The tick symbolises a task completed; it stands apart from the text and must never touch or overlap any letter. The accent-coloured initials V, P, A plus the fully accented fourth line spell out the domain: VPAPro.com.
Primary — dark backgrounds. Cyan tick with glow, white text, cyan accents.
Light backgrounds. Teal→blue gradient tick, navy text, blue accents.
Monochrome white — photography, single-colour print.
Monochrome black — fax, engraving, single-colour print.
Icon & app tile
App icon / social profile — rounded tile, cyan tick.
Standalone tick, gradient — favicons and small marks on light UI.
Standalone tick, cyan — small marks on dark UI.
Clear space & minimum size
Keep clear space around the logo equal to the height of one text line (the cap height of "Virtual").
Minimum width: 140 px digital / 35 mm print for the full wordmark; below that, use the tick icon alone.
All four lines share one font size — never resize lines independently.
Usage rules
Do use the supplied SVG/PNG files; the SVGs are the masters.
Do place the dark variant on Deep Space (#0B1220) or imagery of similar darkness.
Don't let the tick touch, overlap, or replace any letter.
Don't recolour letters — only V, P, A and the Pro.com line carry the accent.
Don't stretch, rotate, outline, add drop shadows, or place on busy backgrounds.
2. Colour
Deep Space #0B1220 Primary background
Signal Cyan #22D3EE Accent on dark — tick, V/P/A, Pro.com, CTAs
Ratio guide: ~70% Deep Space, ~20% Cloud White text, ~10% cyan/blue accents. Cyan is a highlight, not a fill — reserve it for the tick, initials, links and primary buttons.
VPA Pro answers, schedules and follows up — so you don't have to.

4. Ava — the brand character virtual assistant
Ava is the face and voice of VPA Pro: a professional woman in her late thirties with shoulder-length blonde hair, blue eyes and a warm, friendly smile.
She is virtual. Never place her in a real office, room, or alongside other people. Backgrounds are undefined soft gradients of Deep Space tones with abstract ambient depth.
Her device is a translucent, see-through holographic touch monitor with faint cyan UI panels — never a headset, phone, laptop or physical monitor.
Pose: seated as if at a desk, framed waist-up so no chair or desk is visible; smiling at the camera or working the holo screen.
Consistency: always generate her from the saved Higgsfield identities — Element VPA-Pro-Assistant-Ava (for video & most image models) or Soul VPA Pro Ava (for Soul V2 stills). Never approximate her from a text description alone.
Lighting is soft and premium with a subtle cyan ambient glow tying her to the brand palette.
5. Imagery & motion style
Dark, premium SaaS aesthetic: Deep Space gradients, generous negative space, cyan glow accents.
Holographic/translucent UI elements signal the "virtual" in VPA — glassy panels, floating data, soft glows.
Motion is calm and confident: slow push-ins, gentle glow pulses, cinemagraph-style loops. The logo stays static and sharp in animation; only its glow may pulse.
Text in generated imagery must always be verified for spelling — regenerate or inpaint if any letterform drifts.
